According to Tony Jackson of the L.A. Daily News, the Dodgers have officially parted ways with Grady Little and are scheduling a conference call at 4 P.M. Once all of this madness settles down, we’ll try and make some sense out of it, but until then…

GRADY IS GONE!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Repeat after me…

NA, NA, NA, NA, HEY, HEY, HEY, GOODBYE!!

Nintendo Baseball triumphs.

  1. Well what do you know…it actually happened.

  2. That first commment reminds me of the old Bugs Bunny/Elmer Fudd cartoon in which Elmer thinks he’s turned Bugs into a bear. Elmer turns to the camera and says “Well what do you know…the stuff works!”

Now let us embrace the Joe Torre – ARod era.

  3. This HAS to be bullshit, right??

“Colletti said, “I wanted Grady Little back. I encouraged him a handful of times to think it through,”

The general manager said that he knew resignation was on Little’s mind at the end of the season.

When asked if rumors of Torre taking over had an influence on his decision, Little replied, “None whatsoever.”

“I have my personal reasons,” he said.”

  4. Mike Lieberthal and Ramon Martinez are also leaving.

  5. It is either bullshit or the Blue dropped some serious coin on Griddle with the idea that as long as he plays the fool, he can keep his money and the Dodgers can protect their reputation – sinking or otherwise.

I am sure his personal reasons involve a nice deposit into his bank account.

  6. thank god.
