It&#039;s rare that great -- or even very good -- pitchers come out of the minors fully-formed, or without having difficulties in the majors.  There is room to improve, and being young, he&#039;s more likely to do it than, say, the garbage he was traded for.]]></description>

I can understand the reason to get Baez, I just wish Jackson hadn&#039;t been part of it. That said, he&#039;s definitely not become the kind of &quot;kick yourself for decades&quot; pitcher like Pedro Martinez or Scott Kazmir.]]></description>
