Kensai, I probably didn’t word my point that well. I don’t mean right now, not when there’s 4-5 pieces of garbage on the roster. But he certainly doesn’t seem to be improving.. I think he’s a real Rule V candidate for some lousy team this offseason.

As far as Miller goes, I would be all for moving him off the 40-man if the Dodgers actually had 40 men on the roster that were useful. I’d rather continue waiting for Miller than carry some of the trash that is currently there. But yeah, his control is not getting any better. :o
