The two shortstops tonight for the New York Mets and their $149 million payroll: Dodger castoffs Wilson Valdez (2007) and Ramon Martinez (2006, 2007). At first base, Fernando Tatis (spring training, 2008). On the DL? Alex Cora (1998-2004). Maybe we can get them Mike Edwards and Nori Nakamura too!
