		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more, Mike.   It is a win-win if we offer arbitration to O-Dog.   This is an instance where if we had an owner who actually was more interested in baseball than lining his own pockets (it appears he is not very good at this either), this would be the move.    I feel the same way about offering arbitration to Belliard to get the extra sandwich pick.   

Mind you, McCourt could be seeing the potential of drafting several extra high round picks and figure to save some more money by not offering arbitration and diminishing the hit he will take with another less than stellar use of dollars on the amateur draft.   Yeah, Frank, like that will kwell the fan anger at you and your stewardship of this franchise.</description>
