I never really think an injury is positive, but Martin may be the lone exception where the positive side should at least be considered.  Maybe completely foregoing spring training will keep him fresh as the as the season prgrresses.

As we all know, Martin has caught a ton of games in the last few years and maybe starting his year 6 weeks later will help that.
